CoreFitTerms of service
Effective 4 November 2026
These terms are between you and VinVen Technologies, Needamangalam, Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu, India, maker of CoreFit. By using the app or the owner dashboard you agree to them.
Using CoreFit
- You join through a gym's invite. Keep your password private; you're responsible for your account.
- Give true details, and only add other people's details with their permission.
- Don't misuse CoreFit, break the law with it or try to reach data you're not allowed to see.
Your gym
Your membership, its price, refunds and the gym's rules are between you and your gym. CoreFit is the software the gym uses; we don't run the gym.
Health
Workouts, diet plans and exercise demos are general guidance, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting, and stop if you feel pain or unwell.
Payments
- Online membership payments are processed by Razorpay and paid straight to your gym.
- Gym owners pay CoreFit per branch each year, as shown on our pricing. Fees paid are not refunded.
- If a branch's CoreFit plan lapses, adding people stops, and after 5 days the app locks for that branch until it's paid.
Your data
Our privacy policy explains how we handle it. You can delete your account at any time.
Availability
We work to keep CoreFit running and your data safe, but can't promise it will never be down or error-free. We may change or improve features.
Liability
As far as the law allows, CoreFit is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the CoreFit fees paid in the last 12 months.
Ending
You can stop at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms follow Indian law. Courts in Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
