Delete your CoreFit account

CoreFit by VinVen Technologies. You can delete your account and data at any time.

In the app

• Members: Profile → Account and privacy → Delete account.
• Trainers, supervisors and owners: Account → Delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@vinven.net from the email on your account (or with your registered mobile number) and your gym's name. We confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, mobile, date of birth and photos.
• Body measurements and progress photos.
• Workouts, plans, bookings, attendance, memberships and payment records.
• Notifications and device tokens.

What we keep

Backup copies are removed within 30 days. Razorpay keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

Gym owners: your gym and its members stay. Add another owner first, or email us to hand it over.
